Shop Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering from my shop. All sales are final. 

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer refunds or cancel orders (except in the cases mentioned in the Refund & Cancellation Policy) so please be mindful of your funds when purchasing. 

The shipping period for all orders (excluding preorders) will begin after the store closes.

By purchasing from me (the artist/seller, Esu), you (the customer) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to all the terms and conditions below.

For any inquiries please contact me through this site. I will reply within 1-2 business days. The shop and artist is based in Australia.


PREORDER

Preorder is the act of placing an order on an item that is currently not in stock. When preorders close, the items will begin production to fulfil pending orders. Preorder items will have an estimated delivery date in the item description. However, please understand that delays could occur due to manufacturing or issues in shipping to me. The status of preorder items will be regularly updated and can be checked on my social media or here: Trello

You will receive an email and tracking information when your order has been shipped.

If your order includes in-stock and preorder items, everything will be shipped together to save on shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING

All packages will include tracking. Letter/mail or untracked options are not available. 

The shipping period for all orders (excluding preorders) will begin after the store closes. Packages will be dropped off to my postal office weekly during the shipping period, and the status will be updated on my social media or here: [Trello TBA]

The estimated delivery times according to my postal service is around 10-25 business days depending on the country. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 or your country’s customs, there may be some delays in delivery which are beyond my control. I am not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by your residing country, services, taxes, customs, etc. These additional fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 

My postal service is suspended in some countries, such as Russia, Middle East Countries, etc.

Orders from these countries will be refunded and cancelled (refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy). If you are unsure about whether I will be able to ship to your country, please contact me through this site.


EU/UK SHIPPING

As some EU countries have additional laws and regulations, if I am unable to fulfil the requirements needed to ship your country, I will contact the customer for a solution or a refund may be issued (refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy). If you are unsure please contact me before placing an order.

As I will not be collecting VAT for EU & UK orders, the VAT tax/fee will be collected by your country’s customs - which must be paid by the customer/receiver in order to claim the package. Please check for the fees that could incur before placing an order.

I am not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may be applied. If a package is unclaimed and returned to me due to failure to pay the additional fees, please refer to Returned, Lost, Damaged, Incorrect Packages Policy.


✤ REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment processing fees from Paypal and shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in any refunds. Refunds are only offered in these cases:

  • You have placed and paid for an order, but you are ordering from a country that I cannot ship to.
  • If a package has not reached you (the customer/receiver) and has been returned to me due to failed delivery, transportation issues or customs. Please note that I cannot provide a refund until I have physically received the returned package from the postal office.
  • I have incorrectly filled in the address given to me (a mistake on my part), resulting in the package being unable to reach the customer.
  • If a package has been returned following the Returns Policy.

✤ RETURNED, LOST, DAMAGED, INCORRECT PACKAGES POLICY

If a package has not reached you (the customer/receiver) and has been returned to me due to failed delivery, transportation issues or customs, I can send it to you again. However, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again.

I am not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages during delivery or postal transit. I cannot offer a refund unless it was caused by a mistake on my part in the filling of the address that was provided to me. I will not be responsible if a wrong address has been provided to me (refer to the Wrong Address Policy).

If the items received have been damaged by the delivery process please refer to the Returns Policy.

If the items received are incorrect please refer to the Returns Policy.


✤ RETURNS POLICY

If the items received have been damaged by the delivery process or are incorrect please contact me through this site within 9 days of when the order was received. Please also provide the receipt and a picture of the items or, ideally, a video of when you open the package. I am happy to discuss possible solutions.

Items that are used, opened, or damaged due to improper care are not eligible to be returned. 

Please take care in the opening of packages. If the original packaging and individual product packaging has been damaged and is no longer fit for shipping/delivery, I am not responsible for the cost of repackaging the item for returns.

If incorrect items in good condition are damaged during the return delivery due to poor repackaging, 10% of the refund will be charged.
Please note that I cannot provide a refund until I have physically received the returned package from the postal office, unless otherwise agreed.

Unauthorised returns will be refused.


✤ EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to limited stocks, item exchanges cannot be accepted. Items cannot be returned to me with the purpose of exchange.


✤ WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

If there are any changes or errors in your address, please notify me immediately. Packages can be shipped out any time after the store closes, therefore, I cannot accept any address changes after this time as I may be notified too late.

I will not be responsible if a wrong address has been provided to me and I was notified of its correction after my store closes. I will not provide refunds if I was given an incorrect address. Please always double-check your shipping address and avoid making purchases just before store closing.


✤ ADDING TO ORDER

If you would like to add more items to your order after you have already ordered, please contact me via this site. I can only assist in the adding of items to orders, not removing, as all sales are final. Adding items can only be done before the store closes and only one (1) time, so please consider carefully.

Please note that adding more items could result in the increase of shipping fee or take longer to pack/repack, potentially delaying shipping time.

Payment for additional items/goods, repackaging and shipping (if required) will be requested upon confirming the changes in order.


✤ GROUP ORDERS

A Group Order is organised by an unrelated third-party person, Group Order Manager, who handles the ordering, payment and delivery of items to all Group Order participants. 

I am not affiliated with or responsible for the hosting and organisation of any Group Orders. I cannot provide any refunds or returns for any losses or damages incurred by the handling or management of Group Orders. 


✤ ITEM GRADING SCALE

A Grades/Standard

  • A-Grade items have little to no flaws. The flaws, in general, require harsh lighting or close inspection to be noticeable. 
  • Products with Epoxy are produced by hand, thus imperfections such as bubbles or dust being trapped inside are more common and it is impossible for it to have no flaws. Epoxy products are judged less harshly, however, A-Grade Epoxy imperfections will only be seen in close inspection or under harsh lighting.

B Grades

  • B -Grade items have minor defects which are usually specified in the product description. 
  • In general, B-Grade flaws are not visible from afar, but are seen at arms length.
  • These products are sold under a discounted pricing. These items are not applicable for refunds or returns for any reason - please carefully select when placing your order for B-Grade items.
